Integral Health advances to 43North semifinals for $1 million prize

Integral Health, a Buffalo-based AI-driven behavioral health platform, advanced to the semifinals of the 43North competition, the Buffalo startup competition that awards $1 million investments.

Integral Health embeds the Collaborative Care Model into primary care practices across New York, so depression and anxiety are treated inside the practice a patient already visits rather than referred out. Its Nightingale.AI platform handles the between-visit work that keeps patients engaged: proactive, in-language outreach, a live registry tracked to target, and billing-ready documentation.

The recognition reflects growing attention to behavioral health integration as a way to reach the patients who drive a large share of avoidable medical cost and are least likely to complete a traditional specialty referral.
