What you'll own
- Carry a caseload with flexible hours. Reach and engage patients in primary care, with evening and weekend availability.
- Deliver brief interventions. Provide short-term, measurement-based behavioral care.
- Keep the registry current. Track PHQ-9, GAD-7, and follow-up with the consulting psychiatrist and the PCP.
What we're looking for
- NY clinical license (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LAMFT, or LMFT)
- Adolescent behavioral health experience required
- Evening and weekend availability preferred
- Tracks PHQ-9 / GAD-7 in a shared registry
